Testo has made purchasing the testo 350 emission analyzer easier and more affordable then ever. We realize that each combustion application is unique and certain analyzer requirements are essential for proper measurements, the configuration of your analyzer system typically falls into one of our kit categories. We have kits that are pre-configured and ready to order to save you time and money. They come prepackaged and ready to test straight from the box. Standard components in all kits include:
• Automatic testing programs
– 4 on-board user-defined • On board printing and remote control • Sensor temperature control • Continuous temperature compensation • Differential pressure sensors
• Stack/ambient/analyzer temperature
Automatic calculations for:• RS232 • 256 K memory values • Flow & velocity (with Pitot tube) • CO over-range protection • Sample flow rate CO2, efficiency, excess air , loss, corrected NOx, lbs/mmBtu, Tons/day, gm/hp-hr, and more. Kits 2, 3 and 4 include: An integrated sample gas conditioner (peltier chiller) fresh air valve (for automatic sampling and programming)

Our best selling kit for NOx testing on boilers and burners. • Includes: O2, CO, NO, NO2 (NOx) and automatic fresh air purge valve (max of 6 sensors) • Control Unit with back-lit display and integrated printer • Peltier gas chiller and water removal system • 6-foot remote control cable • 7-foot hose with special patented Teflon-lined hose and 12" probe • Basic Excel® Software • Spare parts & carry case & calibration certificate
Kit #3: Engine Kit testo 350 XL
• Includes: O2, CO, NO, NO2 (NOx), fresh air purge valve (extends the CO range to well over 100,000 ppm) • CO Dilution system (max of 6 sensors) • Control Unit with back-lit display and integrated printer • Peltier gas chiller and water removal system • 16-foot remote control cable • A 13" engine probe with 7' teflon-lined hose including pressure relief (no thermocouple) and 1/4" tube fitting. This configuration provides an excellent means to connect to: customer Teflon lines and sample probes; flow meter and shutoff valves to control high pressure; heated sample lines. • Basic Excel® Software • Pelican case • Spare parts & calibration certificate
