testo 330-2 LL With Advanced Long-Life Sensor Technology
Better reliability, easier-to-use and longer-lasting sensors are just some of
the things you will experience once you start using testo's 330-2 LL combustion
analyzer. With the introduction of Testo's Long Life (LL) sensor technology,
combustion testing has reached a higher level in dependability. We are so
confident that we gave it a 4-year warrantee!
Historically, sensors used in combustion analyzers would last about 2-3 years.
Now, all that has changed with the testo 330-2 LL. Our advanced engineering
and measurement know-how have resulted in Long Life Oxygen and Carbon
Monoxide sensors that are not only accurate, but last longer – up to six –
years of operation. New materials used in these sensors increase life span
and eliminate lead containing components for a better environment. Changes
to the sensor gas path and special removable filter material all combine to
make them the longest lasting sensors available. And of course pre-calibrated
plug & play convenience places testo analyzers above the rest.
Combustion Testing Simplified
The testo 330-2 LL has many beneficial operating features that make your testing jobs easier. For example, the probe can remain in the flue during the quick 30-second start-up and zero phases. This feature, not normally found in hand held analyzers, eliminates the climbing and redundant probe removal making it safer and faster for your combustion testing.
Intuitive pull-down menus provide simple operation. Important diagnostic and analyzer information is immediately shown at the touch of the "I" button. The bright backlit display quickly shows sample flow rate, or the "fill status" of the condensate trap. Review the sensor diagnostics or last calibration service date. Perform a quick leak check at the touch of a button.
Special Sensor Protection
When combustion is out-of-control and CO concentrations are peaking beyond the ability of ordinary analyzers, testo has your problem solved with the CO dilution system. It automatically supplies dilution air to the gas path effectively reducing harmful concentrations of CO and eliminating damage to the sensor. The analyzer automatically corrects and displays the proper concentration up to 30,000 ppm. The system eliminates guesswork and shows you the vital combustion data in real-time and eliminates saturation and over ranging; two major causes of unwanted downtime. CO dilution is just one of the many features that make the 330-22 LL your best tool for commercial combustion analysis.
Reporting and Data Management Made Easy
In today's market, data management is an essential component of combustion performance. The easyHeat software package simply bridges the gap between in-field testing, combustion reporting, and data security. The 330-s LL measures and displays real-time combustion parameters. Simple USB connections give you control of the analyzer during testing. Click on the table display for quick download into an excel spreadsheet. Select the graphics display to watch dynamic trending as a result of a change in combustion control. Click on the large display and set-up an alarm trigger to show you when CO or another combustion parameters are out of specification, and that's not all of it!
With the handy customer management functions you can quickly upload and populate easyHeat with your specific site or customer information. All the site contact information, application information, field notes, and the resulting combustion data are safely stored in your computer's hard drive. Simply upload the sites for the days testing to keep you on track. With the 330-2LL's on-board memory (up to 400 tests), the laptop is optional. Connect again and download the combustion data and print out a report. That's right, you can design a custom report template with your logo and company information for the most professional appearance. Analyzer control, data management, custom reporting – easyHeat software is your essential tool for combustion analysis.
